The Passion Foundation is comprised of Board that is excited and dedicated to the mission of our work. We are professionals that believe in the need to assist and provide young women with holistic resources to accomplish everything they want in life.
Loretta A. Cella Founder. Executive Program Director
Loretta has worked with youth and families in communities including Vancouver, Toronto, New Delhi, Nairobi, and Uganda over the last 10 years. Her background in Child and Youth Care Counselling, facilitation and life enhancement coaching allows her the knowledge and experience to create the best possible programs for young women. Loretta has also initiated for-profit employment services including a corporate social responsibility program with an national business.
Allison Wood, Director
Allison is a registered ER nurse for Vancouver Coastal Health. She is the past manager of the Acute Medicine Portfolio and a recent recipient of her master’s degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University Allison hopes to contribute her leadership experience and background to the Passion Foundation to help build programming for young women in need
Jonathon Cohen, Director
Jonathon is a chartered accountant in public practice. Over his career he has been involved with several foundations and charities as a trusted advisor for a diverse portfolio of clients. Jonathon also has a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from Ryerson University.
Jocelin Caldwell, Director
Owns and operates Possibilities Coaching and Training Group a consulting company specializing in personal coaching, team development, group facilitation and experiential learning programs. With over 10 years in employment counseling and 15 years in recreation and youth leadership, Jocelin has facilitated team workshops for corporate groups, non-profit organizations, government agencies, community centres and educators. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds her RRP (Registered Rehabilitation Professional) and CCDP (Career Development Practitioner) designations.
Margot White, Director
Vice President of Weber Shandwick, a leading global international public relations agency with 74 offices around the world, Margot has over 25 years of experience as a leader in public relations.
Lori is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition with over 10 years’ experience developing public health programming at regional, provincial and national levels. As a guest nutritional expert, Lori has appeared on CBC Radio and A-Channel’s “Breakfast Television.” Currently, Lori teaches a public health course at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, and acts as a health promotion consultant for the BC Cancer Agency
