Over the last few weeks I has been working out at the BYCC on a Passion Project with a small group of young women who are in residents for a long enough time to complete the project.

Each girl brings such a diverse energy, spirit, and challenge.

This week they did something that I asked if I could share with others… Their Community Hero’s

The girls were asked to brainstorm about community, develop community rules that would enhance their community and then create an imaginary community hero that would possess all the skills and characters that could run this community…

What continuously amazes me is that regardless how challenging a girl’s past or behaviour is their ability to tap into their inner self is always renewing.
