Passion Foundation is looking for 8-10 women who are interested in gaining, developing or enhancing facilitation skills while being a part of an active group of women who are passionate, driven, and who know how challenging being a girl can be.

I will training in August on the Elements of SUCCESS, a coaching series developed for the Passion Foundation to enhance the present lives of young women and provide them with skills that will help them have a strong foundation for their future.

Our goal is to train 400 young women in BC in community settings from September 2010-2011

Each group will learn skills, take part in various art forms as well as create a community project that will enhance their leadership and mentorship skill base.

You must:

• Be able to commit to 6 months of involvement with approximately 3 hours a week starting in October; depending on projects
• Have experience working with youth
• Be an outgoing individual who is able to talk and share in front of a group
• Have some flexibility in evening/ occasional weekend work in the Fall
• Be driven to want to create more positive opportunity in your life
• Have the willingness to complete a criminal record check
• Be able to provide references upon request

In addition you may be someone who networking, connecting, and creating positive space in your life is as important to holding accountability for your own success in ilfe!
